Q: Can wax seals go through the mail?
A: Yes, wax seals can go through the mail but may require an extra ounce of postage. 

Q: Do you offer custom stamps?
A: Yes! We love collaborating with other small businesses and individuals to create the perfect stamp. Whether it's a logo, initial, or anything in between. Give us an idea of what you're looking for and we will send you a couple design options. There is a 4-6 week lead time for custom stamps. Please reach out to us via our contact page and we will get all the details worked out.  

Q: What else can I use my wax stamp for other than sealing envelopes?
A: Wax seals can be used in gift wrapping, product packaging, scrapbooking, wedding décor, and even can be used for stamping baked goods and confections, such as chocolate! Follow us on Instagram or check out our blog for additional inspiration. 

Q: Which wax color should I choose? 
A: If you're having trouble deciding on a wax color, request a wax sample pack via our contact page and we will send you one for no charge! 

Q: How quickly will I get my package?
A: We ship standard ground, add one day of handling time. 

Q: What carrier will be delivering my package?
A: Almost all of our packages are sent via USPS first class or priority mail. 

Q: Define free shipping. 
A: Free shipping is standard ground, typically UPS Ground. 

Q: Do you collaborate with other brands?
