How to Use a Wax Seal in Gift Wrapping
Wax seal stamps can be used in a variety of ways, most commonly known to seal an envelope. However, you can use them in many other ways, gift wrapping being one of them.
Whenever I receive a gift that is beautifully wrapped, it just feels so special to me. Here is a little bit of inspiration of how you can use a wax seal stamp, flowers, and ribbon to elevate your gift wrapping.
To do this, I'm going to use a wax seal stamp kit, which is everything that I need to create a wax seal. For this project I choose burgundy bliss sealing wax and the heart wax seal stamp design.
First wrap your gift in your wrapping paper of choice. In this example, I kept it simple by using white kraft paper.
Then wrap some ribbon around the gift and add in a sprig of flowers. I'm using baby's breath in this example but you can use any flowers or greenery that you love. You could also use dried or faux flowers.
To finish off the gift wrapping and to hold everything in place, heat sealing wax, carefully pour it in the center of the gift, and press it with your wax seal stamp.
